And the last week of our 6 week cycle wouldn’t be complete without the Olympic Total

Clean & Jerk 1rm

Snatch 1rm

Wednesday you should have maxed your clean and Tuesday you should have maxed your Push Press, consider those numbers as you assess where your Clean & Jerk will be.  Again, if you have an idea of your 1rm, don’t exhaust yourself working up to it, warm up and lift big.  If you’re new to the Olympic movements, focus on your form and maybe work the clean or snatch from the hang.

I promise the totals are over after today…..unless you want to do a bench mark sprint or row for time tomorrow.
