The open is right around the corner and I want as many people to participate as possible. This is going to be a generic outline of the training model I am going to create for the year. Basically this model is broken into 6 week meso-cycles. Where they are part of a larger 12 week overall riding theme. As the year progresses our weight will decrease as our rep volume increases. Going from a strength mode to a strength/endurance mode and finally to a endurance mode.
I will be providing 6 week block of programming for you below. You can ENTER YOUR OWN numbers into this spread sheet and it will tally what you should be lifting that day.
