ANNOUNCEMENT: FUNDAMENTALS IS THIS SATURDAY AT 1000.  TELL YOUR FRIENDS!

Yesterday you did tested the Crossfit Total…. Today you shall test the Crossfit Total II!

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.

Remember, you should be warming up then making three attempts at a max.  Don’t kill yourself slowly adding weight.  Warm up, then lift big.
