Warm Up

As a class:

3 sets (nice & slow, this is to stretch out and get warm)

10 Air Squats

10 AbMat Sit Ups

30sec Handstand Hold (sub 1 wall walk for those not comfortable flipping over)

Foundational Movement

Strict Press

  • Feet hip width apart
  • Bar in the front rack, elbows lower than a Front Squat front rack
  • Elbows in front of the bar
  • Tight core, tight rear
  • Head back, drive arms/barbell up, head thru the window at the top

Strength

Strict Press: E2MOM, 5 sets, 5 reps

WOD

Alt EMOM 21

7 Press (95/65)

40 DU (80 singles)

25 AbMat Sit Ups
