Once everybody is done and equipment put away…..

Max effort plank (a real one, no butt up in the air, tight core)

When you reach failure, 5 AbMat Sit Ups x the number of people still holding the plank

Example: 10 people in class and you’re the first to reach failure, 9 x 5 = 45 AbMat Sit Ups
