Coach Matt Christman’s wife entered in the Bear Paw PowerLifting competition Sunday in Eagle River. Her and trainer/coach Nicole Goss were in Go Mode the entire time. She did amazingly well and had a huge band of support from the Arctic CrossFit community. Thanks everyone for showing up. That’s almost 100% of life…just showing up! She showed up this day!
