170131 Curls for the girls…or guys.

Athletes,

We had an unbelievable showing at fundamentals and after preaching functional movement today we do UNFUNCTIONAL movement. There is a ryhme to the reason. When talking about time under tension these movements will put your connective tissue under tension. We will probably mess with rep schemes and weight though!
