Warm Up

As a class:

2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)

Starting from the hang (just above the knee)

3 – pop/shrug

3 – pop/shrug/high pull

3 – hang power clean

Strength

E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets): 3 Power Clean + Push Jerk

Do these touch and go style, add weight each round as long as you can maintain proper form and a smooth consistent movement.

 

WOD

50 Double Unders

3 RFT

7 Burpees

10 Power Cleans 135/95

12 AbMat Sit Ups
