Warm Up
As a class:
2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)
Starting from the hang (just above the knee)
3 – pop/shrug
3 – pop/shrug/high pull
3 – pop/shrug/high pull/bar overhead (muscle snatch)
3 – overhead squats
3 – snatch balance
3 – squat snatch
Strength
EMOM for 10 minutes: Hang Snatch + Snatch
(athletes choice of power or squat, but pick one and stick with it all the way through.)
WOD

5 Hang Power Snatches (135/95)
7 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Knees to Elbow
STRENGTH: I did the EMOM adding 5lbs each round: 65-70-75-80-85-90-95, set up for 100, but decided I was good. (No dropping weights at home)
WOD: scaled snatches to 85lbs, time: 9:21
