Memorial Day Murph!
Hey everyone! Here’s the plan for Murph! It will be held this Monday, Memorial Day at 1000. Please show up at 1000 because the first heat will be starting at 1030! We will be doing Rx Murph, bodyweight Murph, partner Murph and Half Murph! If you have any questions feel free to shoot us a message!
