SWOD: 15min to build to heavy triple on push press
WOD: L1: 15min EMOM of 1 jumping Pull up- 2 jumping C2B – 3 knee ups
L2: 15min EMOM of 1 Pull up – 2 kipping Pull ups – 3 K2E/T2B
L3: EMOM 1 strict C2B – 2 kipping C2B – 3 T2B (add one rep to each, after each minute)
