WOD: Alternating Emom
Odd min: 10 cal Row + 4 burpees over rower
Even: 1 “Bear complex” adding 1 back squat each round
*bear complex= Clean, Front Squat, push press, back squat, push press
**workout is done when you can no longer complete the complex in the minute!
