Min 1: 1 DB snatch + 2 Air squats

Min 2: 2 DB snatch + 4 Air squats

Min 3: 3 DB snatch + 6 Air squats

Min 4: 4 DB snatch + 8 Air squats

Continue adding 1 DB snatch + 2 Air squats each round
