170807 New 6 Week Cycle

Athletes,

New benchmarks means heavier weight.  We started with heavy sets of three at the very beginning in the first 6 weeks.  We added more reps and lowered percentage to get to this point.  Now we will be doing 10 reps at 70%.  This is heading into more of the endurance/stability arena.  Which means…burn!
