170626 New Cycle!

Athletes,

And we are not talking about HGH!  New 6 week cycle is here.

Click on Road to the Open and you will see the 6th cycle. These represent all the hard work you have done for close to 6 months. Be proud of that!

This cycle will have our strength reps increase to seven and we will also be doing a progressive model for Handstands. More on that later!

If you notice our first week is ALL THE LADIES!
