170621 Crossfit Total II

Athletes,

Here we go onto our total II.  The overhead squat, benchpress, and clean.  We are gonna chane it up a big and do power cleans with this total.

IF you do not have a solid overhead position in the overhead squat lets scale you back to the front squat.
