170422 Sweat with a Vet/CFL1 Trainers


This weekend we have two athletes going to the CrossFit Level One trainers course. Cheslin which some of you know and the one and only Jason Stroude. Jason is looking forward to coaching so watch for him as he shadows myself and others in the coming weeks!

Come join us April 22nd at 10:00am for a Team Red, White, and Blue CrossFit event, “Sweat with a Vet” held at CFNX! This is a monthly event where we come together as a community to connect with and thank our nations veterans through a team workout! This is a free event open to the public so bring a friend or two! No CrossFit experience necessary and scaling options will be provided!

In teams of 2 complete the following, alternating each movement between partners:

5 Deadlifts (115/75)
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Burpees Over Bar
