Todays AMRAP is going to be a little nasty. Normally I would say that it isn’t a big deal but 10 reps is that number you gotta ask yourself if you are going to do all 10 or break them up and the Overhead walking lunges is going to be the deal breaker. Each time you break on that you waste a lot of time. Keep this is mind!
