170408 Pick it up and Put it down


Today we work on barbell love with the split jerk and rounding it out with a little Tabata Grace.

A. Warmup

This will probably be a rotating line because of equipment.

EMOM until you cannot complete Split Jerk starting with the bar

Split Jerk 45/35 x 2

Males 45lb Bar adding 20lbs each minute
Women 35lb Bar adding 10lbs each minute
