I know someone of you just love the punishment. This has been a hard week. If your body says, “Hey guy…put me down for the day!” Then listen. Rest up for Saturday!

60 Double Unders
50 Calories Row
40 Foot Handstand Walk (1:00 Minute hold)
30 Pistols (60 feet together squats)
20 Pushups
10 In and Out Abs (go from plank on hands and bring your knees to chest)
