Today as with all days will test your push to get that one last rep. We will be working through 3 x 5 minute AMRAPs where each second counts both in rest and exertion. Pace is key as you have learned from the CrossFit Open. Go out too hard too fast and burn out. Too slow and you do not maximize your potential. Just ask yourself WWJD?(What would Jared do?).
