Athletes,

We are on the 4th week of the CF Open!  It has been a pretty gnarly journey so far. Todays workout should be short and sweet.

I will also be going on leave this Wednesday. Please pay attention to the blog and facebook in regards to classes. We may have to cancel a few because of manning.

B. SWOD
1RM Thruster

C. WOD
Floor Press as many reps with 45/35lb bar as your body weight
If you break 10 burpees

So if you weigh 220lbs you will floor press 220 times.
