170117 Lets put OH into the OHS!

Athletes,

During this WOD try to do all OHS’s in a set.  It is at three to push you during those later rounds!

A. Warmup

B. Progressive Model
Pullup

C. Skill
Overhead Squat
Box Jumps

D. WOD
15 Minute AMRAP
Athlete uses 50% OHS

3 OHS
6 Box Jumps
