Tomorrow will be fun. There will be no WOD at Arctic CrossFit. It will only be at CrossFit Anchorage. This hero WOD will be done a little differently…(WITH A PARTNER).
The Push Press should be at a weight where you can atleast do 10 without putting the bar down for the first set. The second set is a different story.

In teams of 2 with one partner working at a time complete “Danny.” This is a 20 min AMRAP consisting of:
30 Box Jumps 24/20″
20 Push Presses 115/83lbs
30 Pull-ups
Oakland SWAT Sergeant Daniel Sakai, age 35, was killed on March 21, 2009 in the line of duty along with fellow officers Sergeant Ervin Romans, Sergeant Mark Dunakin, and Officer John Hege. Daniel is survived by his wife Jenni and daughter Jojiye.
