Clean Review

Warm Up

As a class:

2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)

Starting from the hang (just above the knee)

3 – pop/shrug

3 – pop/shrug/high pull

3 – hang power clean

Strength

2 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat – 5 sets

WOD

With Two Kettlebells

15 min AMRAP

10 Double Swings

10 Double Snatch

10 Front Squats

10 Clean & Press

10 Push-up on Bells

Men – 2 x 16-20kg

Women – 2 x 8-12kg
