Find your max Backsquat, Shoulder Press and Deadlift

Warm up very thoroughly and then make three attempts at each lift. That means about 15 mins per movement including your warm up.

LOG THESE SCORES, preferably on the whiteboard and send a photo to be uploaded to the website.


Dang! Look at the class size & look at those numbers!
