Clean Review

Warm Up

As a class:

2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)

Starting from the hang (just above the knee)

3 – pop/shrug

3 – pop/shrug/high pull

3 – hang power clean

Strength

Hang Squat Clean – E2MOM for 10 minutes – 3 reps

WOD

7 min Ascending AMRep

2 Power Cleans (135/95/65)

2 Alternating Pistols

4 Power Cleans

4 Alternating Pistols

6 Power Cleans

6 Alternating Pistols

8 Power Cleans

8 Alternating Pistols

 

Add two reps each round. Coach Sarah completed this WOD just over a year ago at 105lbs and made it through the 12s.
