EVERYBODY LOVES BURPEES!
I have done this one before. Trust me, it’s a good one. Don’t shy away because it is burpees.
I originally was thinking we’d do death by burpees, where you add a rep each minute. It begins nice and easy and ends in constant movement. However, Peter reminded me of this dandy. You’ll still be doing burpees every minute on the minute, but the reps are going to vary as follows:
Minute 1: 10
Minute 2: 20
Minute 3: 5
Minute 4: 11
Minute 5: 2
Minute 6: 18
Minute 7: 6
Minute 8: 15
Minute 9: 4
Minute 10: 8
Minute 11: 17
Minute 12: 3
Minute 13: 13
Minute 14: 9
Minute 15: 12
Minute 16: 14
Minute 17: 16
Minute 18: 7
Minute 19: 19
Minute 20: 1
Note: When I did this, I had a list on the floor that I checked off at the end of each round. Minute 15-17 are dicey. If you cannot do 20 burpees in a minute, scale to every 90 seconds.
