WOD starts at 0915 if that is all you want to participate in.

Numerous people are following Built by Bergeron which we will not be programming for daily classes, but we will do as a group for the throwdown. 

Just the Open portion. Unless you’re able to complete regional events in decent times, there is no reason to be following that programming.
