Starting from the hang (just above the knee)
3 – pop/shrug
3 – pop/shrug/high pull
3 – hang power clean
Strength
E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets): 3 Touch n Go Power Cleans + 1 Jerk
WOD
FOR TIME:
100 Burpees
EMOM: 1 Curtis P @ 135/95
Curtis P = 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Rack Lunge Per Leg + 1 Push Jerk
Scaling options is every 90 seconds or 2 minutes, but everybody should aim for EMOM initially.
THIS WOD HAS A 20 MINUTE TIME CAP.
