Clean Review

Warm Up

As a class:

2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)

Starting from the hang (just above the knee)

3 – pop/shrug

3 – pop/shrug/high pull

3 – hang power clean

Strength

E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Power Clean + Front Squat + Squat Clean

Add weight each round

 

WOD

5 RFT

5 Hang Power Cleans (RX 115/85, Scale: 95/65)

5 Front Squats

5 Push Press

5 Thrusters

Run 200m

 

**5 Burpees every time you set the barbell down to rest**
