Re-test Day Tuesday

I am guessing your legs are feeling smoked from yesterday. The re-test is only a 2k row, so there is plenty of time to get mobile and stretch out.  Failure to do so is definitely going to cost you time on your row.  This WOD is going to take 7-10 minutes, so take the time to warm up.
