Reminder: If you are interested in the Affiliate Cup (Fairbanks in June), Crossfit Anchorage is having a mandatory team meeting tomorrow, Sunday May 15, 2016 at Noon. Many of the WODs this year require the mandatory minimum of 5 men & 5 women. This is to get a head count, discuss logistics & start working as a team.
