SPRINTS!

Each Round for Time:

8 Rounds

Run 200m*

Rest 1 minute

*If you cannot maintain a sprint for the full 200m, or cannot maintain a time of less than 1 minute, scale the run to 150 or 100m. The goal is continual all out effort.
