Warm Up
As a class:
2 sets (1 – PVC, 2 – barbell)
Starting from the hang (just above the knee)
3 – pop/shrug
3 – pop/shrug/high pull
3 – hang power clean
3- front squats
3- hang squat cleans
WOD
Alt EMOM for 15 mins:
- 5 Squat Cleans*
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Double Unders (or 30 seconds of attempts)
Pick a weight that will be challenging, but maintain good form and finish within 45 seconds.
*Newer folks should be starting from the hang position.
