THURSTER THURSDAY!We’re going to skip the strength and do a short WOD. I want everybody to get stretched out and mobilized. We’ve got an Open WOD to run tomorrow!

This is an all out max effort each round. You’re getting a minute of rest between rounds for a reason. You’ll notice, this rest has decreased each week.
