Romanian Deadlift

Be sure to cover a handful of reps with the PVC and empty barbell with coaches monitoring and correcting.  


Romanian Deadlift: 7 sets, 3 reps

This is a new movement for most of you. And I know a lot of you don’t do warm up sets, so I programmed 7 sets instead of 5 so you can do a few at lighter weight to get used to the form.

10min AMRAP

5 shoulder to overhead (115/75)

10 deadlifts (115/75)

15 box jumps
