Happy Sunday! Just wanted to touch base with everybody. We have wrapped up our first three week cycle of teaching the 9 Foundational Movements during the Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes. If you’ve been wondering about Crossfit, this week is a good week to start as we’ll be again starting with the basics, air squat, strict press & deadlift.
