Front squat + press to overhead = THRUSTERS!!

Strength

10 minute Alt EMOM:

5 Handstand Push Ups

5 Box Jumps*

*Practice jumping and landing on the box and stepping down, if you already jump up, practice rebounding.  If you’re fearful of the box, stack plates to a height you are comfortable with.  Make sure you have a 45lb plate on top to ensure the plates don’t slip.
