If your New Years Resolution if to start coming to the gym, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we have an idea of who to expect to see next week in class. Our classes are Mon-Fri at 1730. If you’re new to Crossfit, you should attend MWF and rest T/Th for the first month.
