1000 Throw down*

*Throw downs are not classes and not intended for beginners.

If your New Years Resolution if to start coming to the gym, please email us at so we have an idea of who to expect to see next week in class.  Our classes are Mon-Fri at 1730.  If you’re new to Crossfit, you should attend MWF and rest T/Th for the first month.
