MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!!
No coach is scheduled for 1730, but I know Coach Sarah & others will be going at 1000.
There are a lot of 12 Days of Christmas WODs out there. I chose this because
- It’s already programmed into Beyond the Whiteboard
- It’s movements everybody can do
Since these are traditionally longer WODs, for the warm up, please just review the movements and ensure everybody can do them safely and have appropriate weights for the high volume.
