3 Min Wrist and Hip Mobility

2 Sets:

10 Kipping Swings

3 Burpees w/ Max Vertical Jump

10 Empty Bar Deadlift

10 Air Squats



Start at 65/95 and add 10 lbs each minute after performing 1 rep. Go as long as you are able to perform 1 rep in the given minute!

For Time:

40 Over Bar Burpees

30 Pull Ups

20 Deadlift @ 135/225
