12 Air Squats w/ 2 second pause at bottom

12 inch Worm Push Ups

WOD:

Build to 1RM back Squat

As many reps in 7 minutes of:

Burpees

  1. I will try my best to be there tonight, as I am curious as to how many burpees I can do in 7 minutes. I have a presentation at one of the local businesses.
