Warmup:

Row 2 Min @ 50-75%

Clean and Jerk Review (Coach Lead, 8-10 Min)

WOD:

Take 15 min to find max Clean and Jerk

Take 70-75% of new 1RM complete AMRAP in 4 minutes

 

3 Sets for total cals:

Row Max Cals in 1 Min

Rest 3 Min

Don’t forget this Saturday is Ladies Only Second Saturday at 11am, WOD with lunch to follow.
