Warmup as a class:

2 Sets:

10 Air Squat to Max Vertical Jump

5 Burpees

5 Dead Hang Pull Ups

10 Air Squats

 

WOD:

Weighted Pull Ups

5-4-3-2-1, Rest 1-2 minutes between sets

3 Rounds for time:

Run 400m

15 Sandbag Get Ups (Turkish Get Ups)

15 Sandbag Squats   (Goblet Squats)
