3 Minutes Front Rack Mobility – get a partner & help one another

2 Sets:

10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

10 Box Jumps (Step Down)
WOD:

Front Squat:

3-3-3-3

8 Min AMRAP:
5 Box Jumps

10 Push Ups

15 Double Unders

  1. I did the AMRAP this morning…. 9+13, with rebounding box jumps & only getting tangled in my jump rope once. It’s only 8 minutes, control your breathing & just keep moving.
